Hi! I'm Mindee

I’m a wife and mother of four little ones, based in Lincoln, Nebraska. With a background in education, I find real meaning in teaching women how to take charge of their environment so their home supports them rather than controls them.Many people find me while searching for a professional organizer, and while my work overlaps with professional organizing, my approach is intentionally different.Like a professional organizer, I help women curate their belongings and set up simple systems that are practical and sustainable. Where my work differs is in the decision making process. I specialize in supporting women as they sort through excess and make confident choices about what stays in their home and why.When I’m not working with clients or simplifying my own home, you can usually find me cooking with my kids, serving in my church, reading epic fantasy novels, or taking a nap.

What exactly is

decluttering?

Decluttering means deciding what is truly adding value to your life right now and choosing to let go of the rest. Organizing sets up simple homes for what remains. I keep solutions minimal and affordable—when you keep only what you love and use, you don’t need fancy bins or color-coded labels.

How long

will this take?

Most projects make meaningful progress within a few focused sessions. Timing depends on how much there is to sort, how quickly decisions are made, and whether I’m working solo or alongside you (either way is great).

Who makes the

keep/donate decisions?

You do. I guide without pressure, and we go at your pace. I’ll coach you through options and—if you want—gently challenge you to simplify, because owning less reduces the "inventory” you have to manage, leading to a calmer home.

what does the decluttering

process look like?

We start with a quick video call or in-home visit to learn your goals and answer questions. During a session, I sort items by category and help you decide what stays or goes, set up simple ‘homes’ for what remains, and haul away donations. The result is a space that feels lighter and easier to maintain.
